Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: 

Piedmont Modular Performance uses Fedex to ship the majority of our shipments; other carriers may be used at the buyer’s request/expense. All free shipment orders will be shipped by Fedex or our method of choice.

For items over 150lbs. we will ship with Freight Carrier Company. Prices for freight shipments are subject to the items weight, size, and shipping method.

There are no handling charges on any order placed with us.

Please note some orders may arrive in separate shipments, as some products may ship directly from the manufacturer. Furthermore all shipments are subject to stock availability; you will be notified immediately if a product is out of stock.



RETURNS:

Items can be returned within 15 days from the date of arrival for refund, if in unused unopened condition with all original packaging, there is a 20% re-stocking fee. Unused items, which are un-boxed, will be inspected for damage and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. NO RETURNS ON USED ITEMS. NO returns on special/custom orders. Order Cancellations are subject to a 10% Cancellation fee, if the order has not shipped.

ALL returns require a return authorization number to be written on the package. You may receive your RA# by contacting our return office at support@pmpparts.com or by calling us at (704) 292-5113, (704) 213-7183. Be sure to include your invoice # and reason for return, you will be contacted by a representative within 7 days of the package being received and inspected, payments will only be refunded in the way they are received. ALL Returns sent without RA# will be refused.

ALL sales are final after 15 days. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. If product is refused, customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from destination that Piedmont Modular Performance has incurred. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Piedmont Modular Performance is not responsible for any installation/labor charges on products that are damaged, defective, or ordered/shipped in error.

WARRANTY:

If merchandise is to arrive damaged, save the merchandise and the original packaging. Notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If an item is defective please contact the manufacturer directly. All items sold by Piedmont Modular Performance are to be covered by the manufacturer's own warranty policy. Please note that manufacturer restrictions do apply and any item that is missing the UPC can only be replaced with the same item, furthermore some vendors, such as Ford Racing, do not offer any form of warranty on their products.
